Clean Environment
Our algae cultivation factory is located in Chuxiong where it is free from industrial pollution. The air is clean and climate is stable from January to December. There is about 2000 meter above the sea level with abundant sunshine. This environment gives us a pure and clean environment for the base, and lays a good foundation for high quality astaxanthin.
Clean Water
Water is the important source of contamination. Pure and clean water can ensure the purity of our algae materials. To avoid the heavy metal and other contamination, we use 200meters underground water. The handling of water is to use membrane filtration to remove the impurities. We also analyze our water regularly to ensure the quality is premium in our algae cultivation.
Closed PBR
Our Haematococcus pluvialis is grown in a closed tube glass photobioreactors. The closed cultivation technology enables the entire cultivation process to accurately control the input and output of substances, and prevent the contamination from outside to ensure the purity of algae material.
